I’m Michael Vallejo, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado Springs, and I’ve spent over 16 years helping children and teens improve their mental and behavioral health through a strengths-based, non-judgmental approach. Specializing in ADHD, anger management, anxiety, depression, and school-related concerns, I co-own Mental Health Center Kids, where we provide digital mental health resources, and I also maintain a blog on various mental health topics.
