About Me

As an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist in Kenilworth. I’m registered and accredited with NCPS. My experience includes supporting adults, children, and young people in therapeutic settings. I focus on providing respectful, sensitive, client-centered support that helps individuals become empowered and make informed decisions.

I’m well-versed in the IACP and NCPS Professional Code of Conduct and Ethical framework, which I apply in my interactions with clients and colleagues. I have a solid understanding of various theoretical Counselling and Psychotherapy approaches and how they apply in real-world situations.

I’m particularly interested in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Person-Centred Counselling, Psychodynamic/Psychoanalytic Counselling, Existential and Gestalt Counselling.

In my current practice, I work with a range of issues including Tier 4 Eating Disorders, Sexual Abuse, Anger Management, Anxiety, Gender Identity, Work-related Issues, Self-Harm, Suicide, Personal and Family Dynamics, Faith-based issues, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Addictions, Childhood attachment, and various Mental Health Issues.
