About Me

As a UKCP-registered psychotherapist, I’ve recently moved to Portugal after spending most of my career in London.

My professional background combines neuroscience research, including work at King’s College London, with training in Integrative Psychotherapy.

I’m based in Portugal now and transitioned from academia to full-time psychotherapy practice, focusing on helping people through this integrated approach combined with evidence-based relational psychotherapy.

As an Integrative Psychotherapist with a background in Developmental Neuroscience, I emphasize the therapeutic relationship as crucial for healing.

My approach combines various theories and interventions, tailored to each client’s needs.

I offer diverse therapy options for individuals, addressing a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.

My practice is inclusive, serving clients from varied backgrounds and experiences.

• MSc Master of Sciences in Integrative Psychotherapy by the Metanoia Institute in partnership with the Middlesex University
• United Kingdom (UK)  PhD Doctor of Philosophy in Developmental Biology by University College London
