About Me

With over 15 years of professional experience in academic international institutions, multicultural settings, mental health hospitals, and clinics, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to support individuals facing life’s challenges.

I specialize in helping those struggling with anxiety, difficult relationships, low self-esteem, and lack of motivation through a person-centered, non-judgmental approach.

My qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a humanities discipline, a Level 7 Diploma in Counselling Skills (UK), a Level 3 Mental Health Certificate (UK), and professional membership with the International Association for Counselling (IAC).

I am also currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Mental Health Psychology. I look forward to meeting you and being part of your journey toward self-discovery and self-appreciation.

15+ Years of Experience:

• Teaching and mentoring students in International Secondary Schools in the UK and Cyprus.

Certificates and Diplomas:

• TQUK Level 3 Certificate in Mental Health Understanding (UK)
• Diploma Level 7 in Counselling Skills (UK)

Current Education:

• Completing MSc Master’s in Mental Health Psychology (Distance Learning) at European International University (EIU) in Paris

Professional Roles:

• Educational Associate at the University of Nicosia (Cyprus)
  • Mentoring and assisting Medical School students during placements in Psychiatric Hospitals and Clinics
  • Conducting research, interviews, and case building for patients based on history, diagnosis, treatment, and personal accounts

Counselling Practice:

• Providing professional counselling online (via Zoom) with clients from Europe, the US, and Asia
