As a psychologist, my goal is to create a safe and welcoming environment for my clients.

I am a dedicated and passionate professional who recognizes the significance of mental and emotional health for each individual and their community.

I honor my clients’ uniqueness and tailor my sessions to address their specific concerns.

My primary objective is to ensure they feel heard and supported, enabling them to share more freely. Together, we can tackle any problems and apply appropriate resources and techniques to enhance their well-being.

I have experience in various areas, including trauma, anxiety disorders, stress, abuse, and personal growth. I am a strong advocate of positive psychology and its core principles.

Throughout my career, I have provided my services to the South African Police Services and LifeLine.

These experiences have equipped me to work with a diverse range of people, allowing me to create an environment where clients feel comfortable sharing openly, as nothing surprises me.
