  3. I disagree with a lot of this. ADHD allows me to enter hyperfocus really easily if I’m interested in something. I can sit at a desk working for 10 hours straight and it feels like 20mins. During that time I can complete a huge amount of highly complex work. The only requirement is that no one interrupts me. I also perform better than neurotypical people in an emergency. When the adrenaline is flowing, it feels like my brain fires up and I’m at my best whereas a lot of my neurotypical colleagues freeze or panic. I think you should be cautious about lumping everyone with ADHD into the same box.
